Where our service providers process data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you do not proceed further, for up to 2 years from your last contact with us in case you return. Where you proceed with an application, we retain your records for the duration of your application and enrolment, and for a further period afterwards (typically up to 6 years) to meet our record-keeping obligations to partner universities, accreditation bodies and applicable law.
